Letters and Fost cards are now received for trasamission to Europa via Dalay and the Trans- Biberian Kailway, and should be marked accordingly. No Printed matter can be accepted. Unpaid or underpaid correspondence cannot be forwarded. The Rates of Poutage by this route will be the kame as at present in the Suoz Canal.'
Letters intended to go by this route should be posted not later than the Wednesday in each week, so as to catch the fast Russian Boat from Shanghai to Dalny which lanvos Shanghai every Bundry.
The Australien, with the French mail of 8th ult., left Saigon on Saturday, the 6th inst., nt 4p... and may be exported here on or about Tuesday, the 9th inst. This racket brings replica to letters compatched from Hongkong on 5th December.
The Cuplic, with the American mail, left Yokohama on Thursday, the 4th inst., at daylight, and may be expected here on or about Friday, the 12th inat,
