On Sunday week the Viceroy left Port Arthur on the Askeld. The morning after his arrival ip Talisuwan the review bogu, bat, of course, the newspaper account of it merely refera to the recuption of officials by the Viceroy, the handing of reports to the latter by various nathorities, and many other matters of detail.
