It is the intention of the management, as a beginning, to supply the local markets, and it is anticipated that thers will be a demand from the garrison at Hongkong and from the various morchant ships which call at Hongkong.
The price for the pur hase of the land and buildings theroon intended to be purchased is $80,000, and it is estimated that the cost of erecting the additional buildings necessary for the Company and for the erecting of the plant, ko, will not exceed the sum of 390,000.
It is believed that the browery premises will be completed by the mouth of March 1904, and that the Brewery will be in fall working order by the mouth of April, 1904.
