The Chinese text of the new Commercial Treaty between Japan and China has now been published, and English translations from it have been issued by two newspapers in Shanghai. We do not now quote the full terms of the Treaty, preferring to wait for The authorised Euglish version, giving at present only an abstract in another columu.
