The directors hava pleasure in submitting the annexed duly audited statment of the company's accounts to the 30th June 1903.

VICTORIA VARIETY CLUB.

On Saturday evening, at S. Pdrick's Hall, the above-mentioned Clab held their initial concert of the season, under the wagement of Messn. W. T. Burgess and W. P. Rogers, an excellent programme being witned by a large and appreciative audionos.. The "Tittipom.. pon" Variety Cirols were very arousing in their halogues, which were inte porsed with songs, Mr. Farmer making an effigant interlose- tor. Mr. C.
