Mr. G. A. Woodcock, scorotary of the Saulary Board, announces that it is proposed to hold a meeting of property-owners in the Board Room on Monday next, 18th inst, at 3p.n., for the purpose of considering Sections 46 md 154 of tho Public Health and Building Bill No. 1 of 1903).

OVERCROWDING.
