The purchase price is Taels 680,000 Shanghai Syese, of which the Vendore will take Taels 514,000 in fully paid-up Shares and the balance of Taels 80,000 in cash, if sufficient working capital over and a ove that sum has been provided for the Company by allotment of the Pablic.

Although no systematic development work up to the present has been carried out on these Loncessions, they have been judiciously selected by experts from a very large number of pros pected mining districts in what is believed to be the richest part of the Yangtze Basin. The Vaudors having been the first is the field, have. succeeded in securing some of the best and most coveted Chineza concessions, where the mineral ors are partly on the surface and promise an oxtremely cacoessful and lucrative working.
ESTIMATE OF REVENUE.
The present plant is capable of turning out 100 tons per diens of crashed and refined Ores, but the capacity of the works and their output could easily be multiplied, by the investmart of abant. Tis. 30,000 for additional machinery. Taken at a low estimate the net profit for Company on trepted Ore is Tis, & per ton, so that if the thru out be increased to only 1000 per week, Tis 6,000 per week, or Tis, 300,000 por annum, after payment of all exponses, will be earned. The agreements, with the Hutan Board of Mining alous are therefore optimaal us producing a revenus of about 30 per cent. per annm.??
