The frm of L. Vrard & Co. have under their control a large number of Chineno Mining Concessions located in Human and the adjacent T

province, Sixteon of these Concessions are approved and confirmed by the competent Authorities in Eucan, and arrangements have been made with the Chinese holders far the transfer of their agreements with the Vendors to the Company.

Although no systematic devolopanent work up to the present has been carried out on these Concessions, they have been judiciously selected by experts from a toy large uumber of pros pooled mining districts in what is isllaved to by the richest part of the Yangtsze. Basin. The Vendors having been the first in the field, have snoceeded in securing some of the best and most coveted Chinese concessions, where the mineral ors are partly on the surface and promise nu extremely successful and lucrative working.
