That is not the only experience of that kind I have had with the risksha-coolie, and my shipmates are invariably troubled it a like manuer. It was learned yesterday from one who had beou in consultation with them on-board the Erin that it was Mr. Jameson who insisted on the Shamrock luffing across the starting line on Tuesday, when the Columbia had gone over in the weather position.
