BOTHA REJECTS KITCHENER'S TERKA. The fact that Botha has rejected the British terms of sarrender, offered the Boers through Kitoboxer, has been made public, and the in- formation has esused keen disappointment amongst the Boers in Pretoria Writing to Kitchener on the subject Botha said that his chief of cers and the majority of the member of his Government entirely concurred with his .sation.
Commenting upon Botha's letter the Times asks what constitutes Botha's Government.
This refusal upon the part of the Boers to Boopt Britain's terms emphasises Kitcheners appeal for comferts for his men, so as to enable the British troops to vigorously prosecute the war during the coming winter.
