The British steamer Haloong, from Haiphong vin Pakhoi and Hoihow 10th Feb, had strong NE, wind, rongh bead sea and cloudy weather. The British steamer Phra Cham Klao, from Bangkok 28th-Jan., sxperienced moderate to light E. and N.E. wind and fine weather on leaving, which lasted to noon, 3rd inst., when strong northerly winds increasing to gales with high head sen were encountered, which continued until noon of the 7th inst.
