-DRAGGING A MAN BY HIR QUEUE, Bohemia Khan, a trumpeter in the H. K. §. Bath, R.A, pleaded guilty to assaulting an as- sistant in the Wanchal market on the 9th inst

To Tak, tailor, Stanley Street, was no- cused of stealing a roll of ciloloth, value 87, the property of a compradors, on the 9th inst. Ke denied the charge.
