Keswick-presided, and there were also present Hon C. F. Ulater. Hon. R. M. Gray, and Mr. A. Haupt (Directors); Messrs J. Mokis (Secretary), A Shaw (Manager), T. 8. Forrost, J, Y.. Vernon, E. J. Elins, A Hee to U Shang, Chan Chan Nam, Sui Woon, and Chan Keo.
