NEW YEAR MAIL.--Letters, etc., for the United Kingdom. posted on the 29th instant per Mierne Mail Stuttgart, are due in London about the 27th December next,

The attention of the Public is drawn to the following regulations as to the manner of packing New Year Cards when sent by Book Post: The packet must be open at the enla and the contents Visible, or aanly to be roulere visible. Packets which are seated or forwarded in close covers with the armors cut off or with notched ends are returned t the sonders.
