The German steamer Yangtze, from Wahu 12th February, reports had moderate S.8.E, to 8.9.W, winds with foggy and rainy weather.
The British steamer Cambodia, fram Kobe nad Moji 12th February, reports had light to moderate S. and S.W. winds to Tarnaborty which was passed at # p.m. as the 19th Feb., ran into a dear fog which lasted 10 thence had calm and dull weather to port.
