in the above Colony, having become eux- rounded by a denso population of Chiness of the poorer class, it is found diffenit to keep it in a condition of decency and elemeliness; ir 18 THEREFORE NOTIFIED that it is proposed re- verently and decently to remove all womments and tombstones: in such Cemetery, as well as all remains which rasy ho found there, to the existing Colonial Cemetery in the Happy Valley, where euch remains will be re-interred.

The monuments will be repaired and grouped round a pintu memorial stone on which it will be stated from what part of the Colony they have
