Engine, Mill, Sheds, and all materials, reserv- ing to himself the resinder.

The site is very well situated, with a sea froat- nge of 884ft. Bin, at the North end of Hongay Bay. opposite to the wharf of the Charbonauges da Targain. This 'bar is beautifully sheltered from all winds, has a good anchorage and is deep enough for large steamers.

There is a plentiful supply of good and fresh water on the site, and further permission has been granted to óðnatræet a small dam and con- porta valloy to the North of the lot into a freel- water Reservoir.
