2-That of such Now Shares 12,500, or (Che este may be) a number comprising. or equivalent to, One New Share for every complete number of two existing shares, be offered to the persons who on the 2nd day of May, 1889, shall be the registered shareholders of the existing shares, in, the proportion of une now there for every complete number of two existing shares, and such offer skall be made by a notice aperifying the number of now sharsa whiob each such registered Shareholder shall ba entitled to take up, and limiting a time withia which the offer, if not accepted in writing, will be deemed to be not accepted. The First Call of 850 nú every such accepted sharoshst be paid at the time of acceptance, and sil such non- socepted shares, and also the remainder (if any) of the said 12,500 Now Shares, shall bo disponed of in such a manner, at sach times, and on soch conditions as the Board may determine,
3-That the remaining 150 new shares bo offered to the Pable in such a manner, at sach times, and on each conditione as the Board may determine, but so that the First call of 850 per Share on these remaining 12,500 obares shall be paid on Application.
4-That all premis on the said Now Shares be carried to the Reserve Font mentioned in Article No. 98 of the Company's Articles of Association.
