LONDON, 4th August. The report of the Commission appointed to in- quire into the Decosn Mining Company's coness- sion was prison'ed to the House of Commons last night. The report shows that the Company his now about 700 shareholders, and that 85,000 fully paid up shares were insted, of which 55,000 ware sok to the public. The Commission does not ex- press any opinion regarding the prospects of the Campany, but mentions that 15 tons of soal ara raised sekly and that the diamonds have been found. The Commission absolves Lord Lawrence, as it is of opinion that he acted in perfect good faith.
