The British steamer Sooshow, from Hoihow 26th July, roports had light winds and overcast weather.

The German steamer Veios, from Newahwang and Chefoo 18th July, reports had strong easter- ly winds with heavy ses.

The British steamer Glenroy, from London vis Singapore 21st July, reports had moderate monsoon throughout the passage. On the 23rd July spoke the steamer Copack bound to south.
