MELBOURNE, 13th June. A depatation from the Vistorian branch of the Imperial Fadoration League waited upon Lord Braaney to-day for the purpose of offering him a partial welcomo, and inviting him to a banquet on June 25 Lord Brassey, in replying, touched briefly upon the question of Imperial foderation.
