DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAILS AEDITIONAL REGULATION AS TO CHINESE PARNPOLIS.

By virtue of the Authority conferred upon ms by a Resolution of His Majesty in Cabinet Concil passed on the 13th day of July, 1839, hereby make and proclaim the following Hegu- |lation as additionalto, and froni this data to foral part of the Regulations for the admlesion of Chinese passengers eutering this kingdom.

Whenever any passport is issued in pursuance of Begulation No. of the Regulations mado and proclaimed by me on the 1st day of Septem bar, 1885, the fee charged thereon shall be "TEN DOLLARS, inetesd of Two Dollars as provided for in Regulation No. 5 of the sad Regulations.
