A correspondent at Tokye, to whom we have bon indebtall in past times for various interest- ing letters on the treaty question in Japan, this morning related the ass which the very im- portant deliberations of the interested Powers have dately taken in the matter, and the con elusions to which their representatives have arrived. The Conferons which has been atting In Japan was adjourned till October 5th, give fius to the various representatives to masira. instructions from their Governments; but it is holiered in Japan that the difoulties in the way of a revision of the treaties havo-been practically removed. It will be remembered, by those who read the letters sad articles which we published. in August and in March last, that the JapanOBO have long entertained the very reaguable desire to free themselves from the treaties $99 per share, oa div., adlers which have bound them over aiate the R volation. Those treaties, which drew a hard- $70 per share, sales.
