With this object in view, the Company has acquired from the Hon. P. Rreiz ani Yr. A FINDLAY SITH the right to construct and raaintain ench Tramway by an Indenturu duted the 12th day of September, 18, and made be tween the Ton. P. HYRI and A. FINDLAY SMITH of tho our part and the Company of the |other part; whereby the gentlemen granted and assigned to the Company the right to con struct and maintain the Tramway No. 6 in the Tramways Ordinance, 1881, and thereby authori sed to be made, and all the privileges thereby conferred in so far as the Company might dosis to exercise the same in regard to the said Traw- way.
