The Britisk stoamer Greyhound reports left Hodhow on the 5th April and had light R.E. wind with fine wasther until this mutaing, whom sho bad dense fog for 4 hours.

The British staamer Vortigers reporta lett Saigon on the 1st April, and had fine, clear von ther and light Easterly wind from poet to 8 p.a. on the Stb, when weather became tery thick and continued so during the night.

The British steamer Fokien reparar left Foo ohow on the 2nd April, Amoy on the Sel, and Swataw on the 5th From Foochow to Amoy Had moderate N.E. wind and fine weather; from Amoy to Swatow had light variable wind with dull and hazzy weather, from Swatow to port had light .. winds and thick, faggy weather.
