I would explain that Ses. 49 of the Companies Act, 1863, requires every Company to hold at least one General Meeting in every yaar. The Goueral or Statutory Mosting was held in London on the 2nd May, 1893, and it was merely a formal meeting hall in accordance with Boa 39 of the Act of 1867. The date of Incorporation was 24th Feb., 1988. This, gentle- man, concludes the busid before the mess ing. The directors are pleased to be abls to stats that the business for the nine months of the current year-that is, to 30th September-is atisfactory and shows, local incienso. The
