It is intended that the new Company sunli take over the ground and buildings at Hongkong now occupied by the Oriental Sugar Refinery with the Plant and Machinery therein. The ground, which has a water frontage pearly 200 feet, comprises nearly two naras.The Balldings and Works are quite new and in complete order, capable of refining about 1,000 loals of raw Super dolly. It is also intended to take over the ground and premises belonging to the Company at Swataw in China, with the valuable 'lapt and Machinery thereon. The last mentioned ground contains about 18 sares, with excellent water frontage, and is otherwise eligibly altunted for carrying on the Company's works. The works aud buildings are yet nuinished; when som pistol they will be capable of rollaing about 1,500 mouls of Raw Sugar daily.
