The British steamer Namoz reporta left Saigon on 14th September, experienced light 8. Westerly winds and tine weather until the 18th: when the buronicter foil to 29.81, with every appaamines of bad weather, and a high coafur edsen; from thence to pårt fresh breeze from N.N.W., and heavy swell from the N.E.

The Siamese hark Race Horse reports "felt Newchwing on 4th September, and Chefoo, on the 7th experienced freth Northerly winds to Obefoo from thence the first two days fight and variable wind, then strong N.E. and Easterly winde, with very unsettled weathor and bigh cross arn; on the 13th the barometer fell to 29.88, and the wind more to the 5.E., with a tremendous ses, sind all the appearance of a typhoon. On the 14th, the barometer add- denly rose to 22 85.

The Germon bark Freyn imports left. Ne- chwang on the 8th September, bad light wind from 8.W. down the Tinting Channel, in Chili Gulf strong N. and N.E. winds and heavy Rea down to. Promontory Cape: lost viz daye very strong gale from NE. and North, and heavy aca down to Breaker Point; on the 18th, N. and N.N.W, strong wind, and beary was from Still anchored in the Lawon presage; on 19th
