LONG LAW SUIT
The longevity of law suits in this conatry is only equalled by tint of lawsuits in the United States, ae iastased by a case recently tried by the Supreme Court of that country. The case, it in state involved immense landed estates in Maryland and it had bear on tho dookota co long that not only the partien who originally! brought the suit aro all dead, but also the defendiote, the counsel on both sides, and nearly all the witnesses. Both brothers died after time, and Botary claimed the property. The claim was dispated by the only relatives of the deceased brothers fmily by the name of Blackburn. The Blackborns maintained that Betser was not the lawful wife of Thomsa Crawford; that, therefore, the children were illegitimate, and not entitled to a share of the property.
