The British steamship Norns reporte left Stow on 18th February, at 6 p.m., had light N.E. and N.W. winds throughout. The steam ship Cedis was in Swatow when the Norna left,
The American steamship Kiusku reports loft Shangbai on 7th February, and Wingpo on the 11th, had moderate monsoon and pleasant wea ther throughout. On February 12th, at 9. passed the Bagliah mail off Manki. On the 13th, at 8.45 pm, passed the American mail off the Lammocks.
