The American stentship Kuhu reports left Shanghai on 11th January, and Ningpo on the 14th, bad fresh N.N.. gales till yesterday' after which had foe pleasent weatlier. The Kinshu since leaving Ninpo ban gradually taken alist to port, and an her arrival this morning had a very strong one; this is attributed to her cargo being principally cotton, and the gradni list to the consumption of code from the bunkere underpeuth,
