The British bark Matilda Atheling reports left Saigon on 2nd March, and Capo St. James on the 23rd, experienced light ratiable winda up to the 7th April. ínat. 17.55 N., and 111,42 E, then experienced a very heavy galo from the N.E. with a very bigh outfused sen,shipping & great damntity of water on boards the gale on the morning of the 8th, veered to the West- ward and blew hard for twelve hours; after which light winds and thick fog to arrival,
