The British steamship Yat-dung reports left Shanghai on 5th March, had light SE 16 SWF, winde to Hytam Island; from thence light -NE. monsoon to Swalce outh March, luft again on the 11th, Steamers Norna, Great Northers and Douglas were in Sentow when Yottung loft, having arrived from Slangbai, „Had fresh monsoon to arrival in this part, on

Maroh 12th at 4.30 pm.

The French bark Duo da Malakej veports lefti Bangkok on 20th January, had light winds from 6.B. down the Galf; after which Fresh E.N.E, wiada to the SE. reef; from thence a strang N.E. gale and bigh sen, which lasted four days, Carried away both, topquilunt sails | and both topraliant yards; strong corrent setting south drifted the ship 120 miles south of her courts; afterwards Northerly wində through Palawan Passage to the Lazoo Coset, thance three daya ataong NW. winds and high sea, then E.N.E. and moderate til arcișul in Hvagkong..
