A notice on the proposed works is published in the Government Gazette today (Friday).
Any objection to the proposed works should be submitted in writing to the Secretary for Transport, Central Government Offices, East Wing, second floor, Lower Albert Road, Hong Kong, before April 1.

Tenders for project at Stanley Prison invited
The Architectural Services Department is undertaking a construction project at Stanley Prison in Southern District.
The project will comprise construction of four quarter blocks to provide 480 units of married quarters for the Correctional Services Department, a four-storey barrack block and associated external and drainage works.
Works will start in April for completion in October this year.
Tenders for the project are being invited. Tender offer will close at noon on March 7 (Friday).

Board amends Tsing Yi Outline Zoning Plan
The Town Planning Board announced today (Friday) amendments to the draft Tsing Yi Outline Zoning Plan.
The amendments mainly involve the rezoning of two sites to facilitate the development of Container Terminal No 9 in the area.
About 5.9 hectares of an industrial site in Area 29 located to the immediate west of the cargo handling area has been rezoned to "Other Specified Uses" annotated "Container Related Uses".
