Mr LI Kam-wa

Mr Li has been a member of the RHKP since 1969 and reached the rank of Station Sergeant in 1985. He has served in the Uniform and Crime streams and is currently posted in Hong Kong Island Region.

Mr LI Mau-sau

Mr Li has completed nearly 32 years' service in the RHKP and was promoted Station Sergeant in 1983. Apart from two attachments to the Police Tactical Unit, his entire career has been spent in the Marine Police.

Mrs LO CHAN Lin

Mrs Lo entered the RHKP in 1962 and reached her present rank of Station Sergeant in 1978. She is currently Officer-in-Charge of the Juvenile Protection Section in Kowloon East.

Mr Kenneth William Colin MacKENZIE

Mr MacKenzie joined the RHKP in 1963 and was promoted Superintendent in 1983. He has served as Assistant District Commander Administration, Sha Tin since 1993.

Mr Edward MAK Man-poon

Mr Mak has been a member of the RHKP since 1972 and was promoted Senior Superintendent in 1991. In April 1996 he was posted to the Performance Review Branch, Service Quality Wing.

Mr Martin SAMSON

Mr Samson joined the RHKP in 1970 and reached the rank of Senior Superintendent in 1992. He was appointed in 1994 to the Management Services Wing of Police Headquarters.
