Mr CHAN Pak-chi

Mr Chan entered the RHKP in 1969 and was promoted Superintendent in 1995. He was appointed Divisional Commander, Kwai Chung in August 1996.

Mr CHEUNG Yuk-fung

Mr Cheung has been a member of the RHKP since 1964 and was promoted Superintendent in 1994. He currently holds the post of Superintendent, Regional Crime Unit, Kowloon East.

Mr Paul CROFT

Mr Croft has nearly 26 years' service in the RHKP and reached the rank of Senior Superintendent in 1990. In July 1996 he was appointed Senior Superintendent Operations, Kowloon East.

Mr William Frederick FENTON

Mr Fenton joined the RHKP in 1974 and became a Senior Superintendent in 1992. He was posted Senior Superintendent Operations, New Territories South in 1995.

Mrs Gillian Suk-han FLETCHER

Mrs Fletcher served in the RHKP for 21 years and was promoted Chief Inspector in 1987. From 1989 she was a member of the Police Headquarters Development Division and she has recently left the Force.

Mrs FU KEUNG San-ling

Mrs Fu joined the RHKP in 1962 and was promoted Sergeant in 1971. She has served in the Junior Police Call Section of the Police Public Relations Branch since 1974.
