Mr CHỊU Chung-tong

Mr Chiu has a long record of community service in Tsuen Wan. He has been active in the Yuen Yuen Institute, a Taoist charitable body in the district, for over 20 years.

Dr Philemon CHOI Yuen-wan, JP

Dr Choi gave up medical practice in 1977 and joined the Fellowship of Evangelical Students, Hong Kong. He has been General Secretary of "Breakthrough", a professional organisation serving young people, since 1981.

Miss CHU Kwok-ying

Miss Chu joined the Hong Kong Government service in 1965 and was promoted Senior Personal Assistant in 1993. She has been Senior Personal Assistant to the Chief Justice since 1992,

Mrs Rose Yin-chee GOODSTADT.JP

Mrs Goodstadt worked for a long period in the Social Welfare Department before becoming the Hospital Services Administrator in 1993. She is now on pre- retirement leave after completing over 36 years' service.

Miss Ann HUI On-wah

Miss Hui is a film director whose films have won a number of awards. She is also a Council Member of the Academy for Performing Arts and a member of other bodies connected with the arts.

Mr KEUNG Yin-man

Mr Keung has rendered voluntary service to the fishing industry for over 35 years. He is also involved in other areas of community service in the Southern District.
