Monitors' report submitted to CS

The monitors appointed to observe the Tai A Chau Detention Centre decantation operation this (Saturday) morning have submitted their report to the Chief Secretary.

The three monitors comprised a non-official Justice of the Peace, Mr Lam Hang-fai; and representatives from two non-government organisations, Mr Tai Kie- ying from Christian Action and Ms Mabel Au from Oxfam.
