Tenders invited for Lei Yue Mun site formation work
The Civil Engineering Department (CED) is inviting tenders for site formation works at Lei Yue Mun for future housing development.
The works will comprise the formation of 1.7 hectares of housing platforms at Lei Yue Mun, the construction of associated drainage and slope works, and the stabilization works of the slopes at Devil's Peak overseeing the housing platform.
Works will commence in October for completion in March 1998.
Upon completion, the site will be handed over to the Housing Department for the construction of public rental housing estates.

Tender offers will close at noon on August 16.

Tenders for construction of Ap Lei Chau complex invited
The Architectural Services Department is inviting tenders for the construction of a Urban Council complex in Ap Lei Chau.
Under the contract, a six-storey complex which comprises a market, a cooked food centre, a library, indoor bowling greens, squash courts and an indoor games hall, will be built.
The project will start in October for completion in May 1998.
