Late tenders will not be accepted.

Tuen Mun government land for sale by tender

The Lands Department is inviting tenders for the sale of two pieces of government land in Area 16 and 18 in Tuen Mun.

The first site in Area 16 has an area of about 2,128 square metres and is intended for use as a godown or offices related to industrial or godown operations.

With an area of about 36,941 square metres, the second site in Area 18 is designated for non-industrial purposes under the Private Sector Participation Scheme, excluding hotel, service apartment, cinema, godown and petrol filling station.

The closing date for submission of tenders for the first site is noon on July 26 while the second site is noon on August 23.

Tender form, tender notice and conditions may be obtained from the Lands Department, 14th floor, Murray Building, Garden Road, and the District Lands Office/Kowloon, 10th floor, Yau Ma Tei Car Park Building, 250 Shanghai Street, Kowloon.

Tender documents will also be available at the district lands offices of Sha Tin, Tai Po, North. Yuen Long, Tsuen Wan, Kwai Tsing, Tuen Mun, Sai Kung and Islands.
