On May 10, a restriction of five souvenir packs per customer queuing will be imposed. A special postmark and cachet will be introduced for cancellation purpose at all post offices.

Hand-back service will be provided at all post offices to official and privately- made covers bearing an indication of the event. The cachet will also be available for cancellation at the exhibition venue during the four exhibition days.
