whether the Government will review the existing Women and Young Persons (Industry) Regulations or introduce new legislation in order to regulate both the maximum working hours of all employees and the basis for calculating overtime payment;

if the answer to (b) is in the affirmative, what the legislative timetable is and when the public will be consulted; and

if the answer to (b) is in the negative, how the Government will ensure that employees who are constantly required to work overtime will receive fair treatment?
