Mr Hymayun Abdul RAZACK

Mr Razack has 34 years' service in the Force. Significant appointments have included Assistant Chief Force Community Officer, Head of the Police Driving School and Traffic New Territories South. He was promoted Superintendent in 1971.

Mr Richard lan TYZZER

Mr Tyzzer has been a member of the Force since 1968 and was promoted Senior Superintendent in 1989. Much of his service has been in Traffic but he has also worked in the Special and Personnel Branches. He is involved in Force sporting and social activities.

Mr James WONG Ka-sing

Mr Wong joined the Force in 1967 and was promoted Superintendent in 1981. He has served in training, administration, stal relations, traffic management and operational duties. He is a member of the Police Ten Pin Bowling Association team.

Mr YEUNG Ying-wai

Mr Yeung has 30 years' service with the Force and has worked in the Uniform Branch. Special Branch and on training duties. He was promoted Senior Superintendent in 1992 and took up his present post of Deputy District Commander, Wanchai in 1994.

Miss BOW Sui-may

Miss Bow joined the Hong Kong School for the Deaf in 1956 as a teacher and is now the Principal. She has served on a wide range of committees and other bodies connected with education and has also been active in community work.
