Mr Anthony AU Yiu-kwan

Mr Au has been in the Force since 1968 and has served in the Uniform Branch and Crime Stream. He was promoted Senior Superintendent in 1989 and is currently posted in the Personnel Services Branch.

Mr James Hogg BRUCE, GM

Mr Bruce joined the Force in 1968 and has held a number of crime posts in the New Territories. He was awarded the George Medal for his part in the rescue operations during the 1971 Aberdeen Jumbo Restaurant fire. He is also active in charity work.

Mr CHAN Siu-fat

Mr Chan joined the Force in 1964 and was promoted Station Sergeant in 1988. He is experienced in the fields of criminal investigation and illegal immigration and has been serving from 1991 in the Anti-illegal Immigration Control Centre. He retires on December 31.

Mr Stephen Gowan CHANDLER

Mr Chandler joined the Force in 1977 after seven years' service with a UK police force. Significant appointments have included Liaison Officer to the Police Complaints Committee. Vietnamese migrant affairs and command of the anti- smuggling task force. He is active in scouting and CANSURVIVE, a cancer patient support organisation.
