Mr Tam is the Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions and a member of the Vocational Training Council; and Mr Leung is the Managing Director of Sun Hing Knitting Factory Ltd and a member of the Labour Advisory Board (LAB).
