Closure of Sham Shui Po illegal structures sought

The Building Authority is seeking to close three unauthorised structures in Sham Shui Po so that they can be demolished without endangering the occupants and the public.

The single-storey unauthorised structures used for dwelling are located on the roof of a building in 190 Yu Chau Street.

Notices of applying for Closure Orders from the District Court under the Buildings Ordinance on November 9 were posted on the premises today (Thursday).
