1995/96 land sales programme announced
The Principal Government Land Agent, Mr James Hughes, announced today (Monday) that following the agreement of the Land Commission to the Land Disposal Programme submitted by the Administration, the Government's Land Sales Programme for 1995/96 would consist of 27 sites extending to 30.96 hectares.
The breakdown of the sites is as follows (with the corresponding figures for 1994/95 in brackets):

Mr Hughes said the number of flats that would be produced from the commercial/residential and residential sites would be 7,500, and 13,620 from PSPS
sites.
In addition, he emphasised that a further 11,700 flats will be generated from 28.31 hectares to be granted during 1995/96
