Speedpost is a fast and reliable service for sending documents, samples and merchandise. Speedpost items are accepted at 37 strategically located post offices. Customers who regularly send Speedpost items may apply for the pick-up service.

"Customers have found Speedpost convenient and reliable. Customs procedures are simple for Speedpost items and pick-up service for account customers has been extended to cover all of Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. Furthermore, charges and delivery standards of Speedpost compare very favourably with the private couriers. Hence the Speedpost service has continued to expand in spite of strong competition."

Teacher Recruitment Information Office reactivated
The Education Department is inviting prospective teachers to register with the department's Teacher Recruitment Information Office (TRIO) which is set up to assist schools in recruiting suitable teachers.
The TRIO has successfully attracted over 2,100 applications since it reactivated this March.
