Insurance and retirement scheme report
The Chinese version of the Annual Report 1994 of the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance and the Registrar of Occupational Retirement Scheme has been published.
This is the second time the annual report is also published in Chinese. The English version has already been published in March.
Copies of the Chinese version of the report, at $56 each, are on sale at the Government Publications Centre at Low Block, Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Property Review 1995
The Rating and Valuation Department has now published the Hong Kong Property Review 1995.
This bilingual publication presents a comprehensive summary of the Hong Kong property market in 1994 in terms of stock, supply, take-up, vacancy, rents and prices for the main property sectors. Forecasts of supply in 1995 and 1996 are also included.
In a continuing effort to present data to illustrate the effects of emerging trends in property, this edition incorporates information on the Industrial-Office (I/O) sector.
For interest, pie charts showing the age distribution of domestic and flatted factory stock have also been added.
