The managing director of an electrical company, Mr Lam has been active in cultural and recreational activities in Sai Kung for nearly 15 years. He is a member of the Sai Kung Culture and Recreational Advancement Association and a member of the District Board's Culture, Recreation and Sports Committee.

Mr Lam Tak-leung

Mr Lam is a company managing director and he has also worked on the Mutual Aid Committee in Tuen Mun for some years. He is a member of the District's Fight Crime Committee and of the Tai Hing and Shan King Area Committee.

Mr Lau Kok-keung

A primary school headteacher, Mr Lau has been a strong protagonist of the activity approach in primary schools. He is a member of the Community Youth Club (Hong Kong East) and the Schools Sports Association, Hong Kong East.

Mr Leung Yat-chiu

A music teacher and the managing director of a music company, Mr Leung is well known for his harmonica performances. He has taught the harmonica and pianica in more than 400 primary and secondary schools for the last 40 years.

Mrs Diana Lo Leung Pik-luen

Mrs Lo is the head badminton coach of the Hong Kong Sports Institute and Coaching Director of the Hong Kong Badminton Association. She has assisted the association to develop youth programmes and groom potential athletes to become world-class players.
